I was invited to join a group of women for a week at Rehobeth Beach, DE. I had to figure out a way to lose some weight before I went. Because of my age, 69, I’ve found it difficult to lose weight. One day, an ad popped up on Facebook, so I thought, I have nothing to lose except weight. I signed up for the $33 program – no coaching. I found there were many meals I loved. I lost 13 lbs in just over 4 weeks! After the beach trip, I regained a few pounds, eating out and enjoying cocktails, so am trying to lose those pounds and some more.
