I love this diet with such tasty and filling menus. I am diabetic and find that the menus meet with all my requirements and for the time that I have been using the menus my diabetes has significantly improved. My A1C has improved from 9.8 to 7.4. My doctor was very pleased. I find that I do not crave the foods that I should not eat because I am very satisfied with the foods suggested. I have noticed more energy and although I have not been able to weigh myself, my clothing is fitting better and less snug. It is so convenient to have prepared menus and with foods I like.
