Hi, I'm Carina & this is my Macrofare experience...

I just started this diet! I stick to my diet plan and I follow the exercise plan my coach gave me. 12 days of Macrofare and I’m down 5.6 lb. So far the best part is that the plan shows you how to cook the food and I learn every day what I like to eat!
