Since I have been on the Macrofare diet plan for two weeks, I have lost 9 lbs and my husband has lost 7 lbs. The eating plan has been easy to follow and I have not been hungry at all. I believe I can stick with the program because I don’t get hungry. I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to lose weight and get results quickly.
I started the Keto plan the first of Dec. After trying several other planswithout consistent success, I was so frustrated! These meal planrecipes are excellent!
