When I signed up for the personalized meal plans I was delighted to find that they were sent within one working day and the meals looked great until I noticed cucumber among the ingredients. Not a problem, I used the help link I received and let them know about my aversion to the vegetable. I received an updated meal plan minus cucumber. The meals were terrific! I gradually became accustomed to eating breakfast again and including the snacks as my coach recommended. I didn’t noticed much weight loss in the first week and was starting to get discouraged, however, during the second week I noticed my jeans were starting to slide down. My scales showed me a loss of almost 2kg. Now my weight is beginning to come down steadily, I have no intention of abandoning my meal plans or having sneaky snacks on the side (which I don’t ‘need’ anyhow generally being so full!)
I started the Keto plan the first of Dec. After trying several other planswithout consistent success, I was so frustrated! These meal planrecipes are excellent!
