Since Feb. 9, 2019, I have lost 14 lbs. My health has improved. My blood sugars now range from: 120-179 instead of 200-300. My left diaphragm is paralyzed against my lung and does not work; it actually had sounds of air during my doctor appointment, on Feb. 18, 2019. My doctor is on board with my Keto Diet. My joints feel better. My mood is calmer & my negative thoughts seem to be dissipating. I believe it’s changing the chemistry in my brain promoting my positive thoughts and the ability to focus. If I have any thought of I wish I could have a bite of, I take my blood sugar and say to myself, I’d rather spend the money on the healthy foods instead $427 a month on insulin that doesn’t work well. I am hoping that by losing the weight I will no longer need to be on my CPAP for sleep apnea. I also started exercising and I love it for once. I recommend educating ourselves about what processed foods do to harm your bodies VS the Keto diet. It may be life changing for you. I know it’s changing mine. I can do this & so can you!
I started the Keto plan the first of Dec. After trying several other planswithout consistent success, I was so frustrated! These meal planrecipes are excellent!
