The thing I like the best about Macrofare is that it’s user friendly. They take the guesswork out of it. I love that there is a menu, shopping list, and recipes for each meal! I really like the food combinations and there is enough variety that it doesn’t get boring. My first week using the Macrofare program, I lost 7.2 lbs!
