I started the KETO Program on Jan 10, 2019. To date, I have lost 10 pounds in 12 days. My diabetic Glucose Count has dropped into the 90’s. I started with a reading of 187 and from the very start of changing and eating the Keto meals, my numbers started to drop. I have gone to the doctors today and found that all my numbers are changing and I am reversing a lot of ailments that I have suffered since I was 60. I was so elated at the fact, that I feel great and overwhelmed with a sense of well-being. I can’t believe how quickly things started to change. I love the food recipes, they are easy to follow, and sooo delicious to eat. I think it is too early to send pictures, but will send them asap.
I started the Keto plan the first of Dec. After trying several other planswithout consistent success, I was so frustrated! These meal planrecipes are excellent!
