I started the Keto plan the first of Dec. After trying several other plans
without consistent success, I was so frustrated! These meal plan
recipes are excellent! And my coach altered them for me due to my
dietary needs. I have lost 2 lbs a week so far & I’ve already had to buy
a new smaller belt! Cant wait to buy new smaller jeans too! I highly
recommend the Keto plan to everyone! Try it!!!
