Here's how to make Beef Broccoli Stir Fry...

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flat Iron steak
  • 1/2 lb Broccoli, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp grated Ginger
  • 2 cloves chopped Garlic

Directions

  1. Cut Flat Iron Steak against the grain into very thin slices.
    Add steak to a small bag and pour in the coconut amino, ginger, and garlic.
    Marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
  2. When you are ready to cook, drain the beef from the bag, but reserve marinade this will be the stir fry sauce.
  3. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes then drain the water.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat then cook beef for about 1-3 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  5. Stir-fry broccoli until tender, then add the remaining marinade and cook for two more minutes.
  6. Return the beef to the pan with the broccoli. Finally, add the fish sauce and toasted sesame oil, then serve hot.
