Smoothies make the perfect breakfast when you’re busy and on the go, but sometimes a typical green smoothie can get boring fast. This recipe mixes things up with energizing matcha and brain-boosting MCT.

Matcha is loaded with plant compounds called catechins which act naturally as an antioxidant. As you increase your antioxidant intake, you can reduce cell damage and lower your risk of disease.

Studies also show that matcha can help support your liver and decreasing liver disease.

One of the best benefits of matcha is for the boost of energy you get from it without the crash! Research has shown that matcha can boost brain function, improving your attention, reaction time and memory.
