Ingredients

  • 10 ounces pulled pork/shredded pork roast
  • 3 large bell peppers (Can be green, yellow or red)
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce (Brands such as Primal Kitchen)
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • Shredded cheese for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut bell peppers in half and scoop out insides.
  2. Mix together all other ingredients in medium-sized mixing bowl.
  3. Stuff the halves with mix & bake for 20 minutes! Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
