Here's how to make Parmesan Cheddar Chip Crisps...

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or seasoning of choice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F/204 C.
  2. Lay parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
  3. Stir the cheeses together & place about 2 inch balls on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Place in the oven for 7 minutes, until the edges are crisp.
  5. Let the chips cool off then transfer to paper towels to soak up any moisture and get extra crispy!
