  • 2 tablespoons light mayo
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • 4 oz lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup peeled and diced cucumber
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce or coconut amino

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayo, Sriracha and chives together.
  2. Add crab meat and cucumber and chive. Mix together.
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove pit and peel the skin off.
  4. Fill the avocado halves the with crab mixture.
  5. Top with sesames seeds and drizzle with soy sauce.
